Role and Responsibilities:

The Busser ensures guests receive top-notch service and contributes to smooth restaurant operations by maintaining cleanliness, organization, and a pleasant dining experience. Key responsibilities include:

• Welcome guests with a positive attitude, record requirements accurately, process payments efficiently, and handle customer concerns courteously.
• Operate cash registers or POS terminals and employ strategies to encourage additional purchases.
• Double-check guest orders and prepare meals and drinks for service.
• Maintain cleanliness of kitchen areas, counters, food prep stations, cooking tools, dining spaces, bathrooms, and outdoor areas.
• Follow health and safety regulations rigorously.
• Assist in unloading and replenishing inventory based on needs.
• Perform tasks across multiple workstations, including Drive-Thru, meal prep, and guest assistance.
• Attend all assigned shifts promptly and reliably.
• Adhere to Burger King uniform and grooming standards at all times.
• Resolve restaurant issues professionally and efficiently.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve shared goals.
• Engage positively with guests, coworkers, and management.
• Work accurately under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
