Responsibilities:

• Bartenders at Olive Garden are key to delighting and serving our guests, playing a vital role in their overall dining experience.
• You will be responsible for preparing and serving a wide array of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, adhering to all recipes and responsible alcohol service guidelines.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked bar area, including glassware, ingredients, and bar equipment.
• Engage with guests in a friendly and professional manner, taking drink orders, making recommendations, and ensuring their satisfaction.
• Process payments accurately and efficiently, handling cash and credit card transactions.
• Collaborate with servers and kitchen staff to ensure a seamless and enjoyable dining experience for all guests.
• Adhere to all food safety and sanitation standards, ensuring the cleanliness of bar tools and serving areas.
