Role and Responsibilities:

As a Prep Cook, you will support kitchen operations by preparing ingredients, following recipes accurately, and assisting with station setup. Your role ensures a smooth workflow and consistent food quality for every guest.

• Follow recipe procedures accurately to achieve consistent and high-quality results
• Experiment with culinary processes to create a variety of flavorful dishes
• Comply with safety and sanitation guidelines to maintain a clean and safe kitchen environment
• Complete preliminary duties in preparation for stocking and arranging stations

Required Skills and Experience:

• Friendly, inviting, and supportive demeanor when interacting with colleagues
• Ability to function efficiently in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
• Proficient in operating slicers, mixers, grinders, food processors, and other kitchen appliances
• No prior experience necessary
