Job Duties and Responsibilities of Food Preparer:
- Prepare menu items according to established recipes while ensuring proper plate presentation.
- Complete all assigned prep tasks efficiently and thoroughly.
- Set up and organize workstations based on provided instructions.
- Maintain consistent safe and sanitary food handling practices.
- Ensure the work area is cleaned and sanitized before, during, and after each shift.
- Carry out daily and weekly cleaning duties as assigned.
Qualifications and Experience of Food Preparer:
- Legally authorized to work in the United States.
- Ability to stand for the entire shift.
- Capable of lifting up to 30 lbs comfortably.
- Preferred age is 18 years or older.
