Job Description:

Chick-fil-A is seeking dedicated individuals for the position of Culinary Support Team Member. Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain consistency with the Chick-fil-A brand, culture, and the Operator's vision while performing tasks and delivering services to enhance the guest experience.
  • Complete tasks efficiently and in a timely manner to support operational excellence and productivity.
  • Sort, group, and hand out items at food stations according to Chick-fil-A standards.
  • Encourage open and honest communication with peers and leadership to foster cooperation and teamwork.
  • Be capable of standing continuously for up to 5 hours without pause.
  • Utilize basic math and measurement skills to ensure accuracy in food preparation and service.
  • Maintain a clean and secure environment by adhering to regular cleaning practices, including mopping, sweeping, trash removal, and equipment upkeep.
  • Greet guests warmly, even while performing culinary tasks.
  • Properly store delivered goods in designated areas after unloading.
  • Lift up to 45 pounds as part of the position's physical demands.
