Qualifications

• Prior experience in a customer-facing role within a fast-paced restaurant or hospitality environment preferred.
• Ability to work effectively and collaboratively within a team.
• Exceptional attention to detail and a steadfast commitment to maintaining a clean, welcoming, and organized front-of-house.
• Capability to handle the physical demands of the role, including standing for extended periods, light lifting, and maintaining active presence in the lobby and dining areas.
• Must be able and willing to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Minimum age 18 years.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the pristine cleanliness and inviting organization of all lobby, waiting, and restroom areas, including floors, surfaces, and decor.
• Proactively monitor and address any spills, debris, or cleanliness issues in high-traffic guest areas.
• Ensure that restrooms are consistently clean, well-stocked, and presentable throughout operating hours.
• Assist with the presentation and cleanliness of host stand areas and entryways.
• Support the front-of-house team by assisting with table resets, maintaining condiment stations, and ensuring dining areas are guest-ready as needed.
• Properly dispose of trash and recyclables from front-of-house areas according to established procedures.
• Adhere strictly to all operational, safety, and sanitation standards, company policies, and federal/state/local regulations, with a strong focus on guest-facing areas.
• Proactively identify and address any maintenance or aesthetic issues in the lobby or dining areas that may impact guest comfort or perception.
• Collaborate seamlessly with hosts, servers, and other team members to ensure a smooth and exceptional guest flow and dining experience.
• May assist with managing guest queues and providing accurate wait time estimates during peak hours.
