Position overview: To provide support with organizing, managing, and tidying the interior and exterior parts of the restaurant; washing, storing, and restocking all dishware, glassware, silverware, eating implements, cups, bowls, cooking utensils, pots, pans, and other small equipment needed for restaurant operations. Ensuring the proper cleaning and upkeep of the dishwashing machine. Maintaining cleanliness and sanitation in the dishwashing section.

Requirements:

Necessary skills and knowledge:

• The position mandates the endurance to stand and sustain a moderate level of mobility for a maximum of four consecutive hours.
• Demonstrating skill in communication and attentive listening to both supervisors and coworkers is a key requirement.
• The position mandates a continual capability to bend, lower oneself, pick up, and transport items like dish racks, garbage containers, and linens weighing up to 75 pounds.
• Ensure proper washing, storage, and restocking of all plateware, glassware, silverware, cups, bowls, pots, pans, and additional small equipment to have enough supplies on hand for serving guests
• Demonstrate thoroughness when helping to spot clean floors, carpets, walls, and furnishings to maintain a safe and appealing space for team members and guests
• Cultivate proficient communication techniques to connect with others meaningfully
