Job Duties and Responsibilities of Restaurant Team Member:

• Provide friendly and efficient service to guests at the front counter, drive - thru, or dining area.
• Prepare and assemble food items following quality, safety, and hygiene standards.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations and dining areas.
• Work collaboratively with team members to achieve daily operational goals.
• Follow company policies and procedures to ensure consistent guest satisfaction.

Qualifications and Experience of Restaurant Team Member:

• Minimum age of 16 years.
• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent educational experience; current students and homeschool students are welcome.
• Enjoys working in a team - oriented environment and providing excellent guest experiences.
