Role and Responsibilities:

As a Restaurant Crew Member, you will ensure smooth daily operations by providing exceptional service and maintaining a clean, efficient, and welcoming environment. You will play an important role in food preparation, sales support, and overall store operations to enhance customer satisfaction and uphold brand standards.

• Provide top-notch client assistance through pleasant interactions and prompt service.
• Accurately process transactions, manage cash registers, and issue receipts to customers.
• Prepare and serve food and beverages according to customer preferences and sanitation regulations.
• Follow company policies regarding the sale of age-restricted products.
• Operate kitchen equipment correctly and efficiently during food preparation.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization across the store, kitchen, and storage areas.
• Assist with inventory management, including organizing and restocking deliveries.
• Adhere to all company safety and hygiene standards to ensure a safe work environment.
• Complete required paperwork such as daily activity logs and shift summaries accurately.
• Maintain punctuality and attendance in accordance with company guidelines.

Required Skills and Experience:

• High school diploma or equivalent credential preferred.
• Up to six months of relevant experience in food service or customer service is welcomed.
• Minimum age requirement: 16 years.
• Successful completion of company training programs is required.
• Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills.
• Ability to adapt to changing duties and store needs.
• Physical ability to stand for extended periods and move efficiently throughout the premises.
• Capability to lift, push, or pull up to 25 pounds as part of routine tasks.
