Job Summary

The Executive Chef is responsible for leading all culinary operations for a dining account. This role oversees menu development, food production, cost control, inventory management, and compliance with food safety and sanitation standards. The Executive Chef leads and develops a culinary team while partnering with marketing and culinary leadership to execute new programs and initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee all culinary operations for the account
Lead, train, and manage culinary associates
Ensure compliance with food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety standards
Develop and execute menus aligned with client and company expectations
Manage food costs, labor controls, and overall culinary budget
Oversee purchasing, receiving, and inventory management
Implement new culinary programs in collaboration with marketing and corporate culinary teams

Preferred Qualifications

Culinary degree preferred
Three to five years of culinary management experience\
Proven experience in high-volume production and catering environments
Demonstrated success managing food and labor costs
Strong leadership skills with a desire to grow within a foodservice organization
