This AM Team Member role is perfect for an energetic individual ready to start their day early (shifts typically begin at 8 AM). You will be a vital part of operations, actively working across multiple areas including guest service, sandwich preparation, and food production to ensure every customer has an exceptional, joyful experience. Qualifications:

• A high school diploma or GED equivalent is required.
• Must be at least 15 years old to apply.
• Proven capability to communicate clearly and effectively in English with both customers and fellow team members.
• Able to stand for extended periods and lift or move objects weighing between 10 and 55 pounds as needed.
• Possession of a valid driver's license and dependable personal transportation.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule based on the needs of the restaurant.
• Previous experience in a restaurant or customer service setting is preferred, though not mandatory.
