Bell Captain
As a Bell Captain, you will play a crucial role in creating a positive first impression for our guests by providing exceptional service and assistance with their luggage. Responsibilities

Greet guests upon arrival and departure in a professional and friendly manner; assist guests with luggage ensuring prompt and efficient service
Provide information about Hotel and Casino amenities, services, and promotions
Assign fronts for Bell Person
Coordinate baggage for check-ins and check-outs
Assign bus tours for Bell Person
Accept telephone messages from guests and checks for lost luggage
Responsible for sign-in and sign-out sheets and valet service

Qualifications

Previous experience as a Bell Person or in a similar customer service role is preferred
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Professional appearance and demeanor
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Knowledge of the local area and attractions is a plus
