As a Customer Service Cashier, your positive demeanor, welcoming presence, enthusiastic approach, and efficient service are essential for encouraging customers to repeatedly select us for their dining occasions. Your level of experience is not a significant concern as we provide training for the necessary positional skills

• Build rapport with customers by warmly greeting them and engaging in effective communication.
• Efficiently operate the cash register to process payments and transactions correctly.
• Aid clients in leveraging digital ordering options and Mobile App Rewards to develop a loyal following for our brand.
• Skillfully create our distinctive drinks and frosty treats flawlessly.
• Execute cleaning responsibilities in designated spots to maintain a welcoming and organized space.
• Enhance the operational efficiency of the payment and distribution windows.
• Control and package dine-in and drive-thru orders efficiently.
• Accept payments via cash, credit, or check, ensuring customers receive the correct change and a receipt for their transaction.
• Direct transactions to ensure pricing and quantities are precise.
• Preserve the cleanliness of the lobby space, refill supplies such as straws, napkins, and condiments.
• Use a broom, mop, and cleaning supplies to maintain the cleanliness of tables and drink stations.
• Accomplish return and refund procedures as required, and professionally resolve any customer complaints.
• Keep napkins, condiments, and utensils well-supplied and accessible throughout the duration of your shift.
• Ensure continuous compliance with safety and health regulations.
• Offer support with the inauguration or closure processes as required.
