Key Responsibilities:

Use dishwashing machinery to sanitize and clean dishes, glassware, utensils, and pans with effectiveness.
Maintain cleanliness and order in the dishwashing section while meeting health and safety requirements.
Support the restaurant's high-speed operations by consistently replenishing the kitchen with clean plates, bowls, and essential cooking tools.
Maintaining a hygienic and well-organized workspace involves the appropriate handling of trash, recyclables, and kitchen waste.
Coordinate with kitchen and service employees to ensure a streamlined process and efficient guest service.
Support with extra cleaning duties, such as wiping counters and sweeping and mopping floors as needed.
