Burger King Associate Manager

Burger King is seeking an Associate Manager to take part in the leadership of restaurant operations. In this role, you will manage daily operations during assigned shifts and supervise a team of Team Members. Your focus will be on improving revenue, profitability, customer experience, and team productivity while supporting Burger King's mission.

Role and Responsibilities:

The Burger King Associate Manager provides leadership that motivates the team and ensures smooth, profitable restaurant operations.

• Implement cash management procedures, including accurate cash counts and overseeing cash register operations.
• Maintain inventory control through daily and weekly inspections and manage incoming shipments.
• Encourage and guide team members to exceed guest expectations by delivering fast, accurate, and courteous service in a clean environment.
• Enhance team skills and productivity through coaching sessions and constructive feedback.
• Demonstrate proper execution of operational timelines to achieve excellence.
• Support accurate and timely product preparation and sales to meet service speed standards.
• Motivate employees across diverse roles to maintain high engagement and performance.
• Analyze restaurant performance to identify successful strategies and areas for improvement.
• Ensure the restaurant complies with operational and brand standards.
• Step in to perform team member duties as necessary to support the team.

Required Skills and Experience:

• Must be at least eighteen (18) years old.
• High school diploma or GED required; two years of college experience preferred.
• 1-2 years of hands-on experience in a fast-food environment.
