Responsibilities of Culinary Associate:

You will be instrumental in crafting an extraordinary experience for every guest as a team member:

• Showcasing your culinary talents by preparing our well-loved dishes and cooking them to order. Lacking experience with a saut pan Don't fret, as we will provide the essential training to set you up for success
• Prioritizing uniformity, excellence, and visual appeal in the creation of each dish.
• Improving and refining your culinary artistry through direct engagement.
• Achieving success in a fast-paced restaurant setting through teamwork and effective communication strategies.
• Expertly organizing and prioritizing tasks to meet guest demands in a timely fashion.
• Maintaining cleanliness and order in the restaurant, meeting the necessary food safety and sanitation standards.
• Displaying trustworthiness, positivity, and a proactive attitude to aid your team members and contribute to a positive workplace culture.
• Complying with the physical qualifications of the role, such as being able to stand for prolonged periods, bend, twist, reach, lift items up to 55 pounds, and carry out regular restaurant duties, with or without appropriate support.

Qualifications of Culinary Associate:
