Job Summary of Restaurant General Manager:

Panda Express is seeking experienced leaders to join our store management team. This role oversee all store operations, including hiring, training, and managing associates, achieving financial goals, and delivering exceptional guest experiences. Comprehensive leadership training is provided to ensure success.

Job Duties and Responsibilities of Restaurant General Manager:

• Manage daily store operations, including staffing, scheduling, and workflow coordination.
• Hire, train, mentor, and coach store associates to ensure high performance and professional growth.
• Maintain food quality, safety, and operational standards in accordance with Panda Express policies.
• Drive store performance to meet financial, customer service, and operational goals.
• Ensure a positive, safe, and clean environment for both employees and guests.

Qualifications and Experience of Restaurant General Manager:

• High school diploma required; further education is a plus.
• Flexibility to work in a store within a 50 - mile radius and on weekends.
• Serve Safe certification or ability to obtain it.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to perform in a fast - paced environment and manage conflicts effectively.
