Our franchise organization, John Gomez Enterprises, LLC dba Golden Corral, is currently seeking energetic, friendly individuals to join our team!Entering and leaving Golden Corral are two of the most critical moments in the guest's experience because lasting impressions are formed during these moments. The Host's interactions with our guests and these impressions ultimately dictate whether the guest will return.

Guest Service:

• Provides a friendly welcome to arriving guests and offers a personal invitation to revisit as they leave the premises.
• Renders aid to visitors who may need help during their stay.
• Ensures the efficient processing of GC To Go orders.
• Polite and genial in telephone interactions.
• Handles payments accurately.
• Demonstrates knowledge of and acts in accordance with role responsibilities in just-in-time delivery.
• Familiar with the buffet selection for the day and knowledgeable about the menu options and their respective prices.

Cleanliness:

• Keeps the vestibule, host/cashier station, and surrounding locations organized and tidy.
• Support is needed to oversee the correct setup of the buffet and ensure the accuracy of labels, as well as cleaning all buffet stations and their immediate areas.
• Observes and adheres to the protocols outlined by the county health agency.
• Organizes duty rotations to ensure compliance with cleanliness, service, and quality standards.

Operational Excellence:

• Notifies the manager about when the money in the till needs to be transferred to the safe to decrease the threat of robbery.
• Checks for consistency between the drawer balance and the details listed in the daily paperwork.
