Job Summary of Service Lead:

In this role, the Service Lead is tasked with coaching Crew Members to meet operational Brand expectations and provide guests with a welcoming and excellent experience. They create goals, delegate tasks, and inspire team members, applauding successes and giving feedback promptly.
