Job Summary:

The Banquet Chef at Chick-fil-A plays an integral role in preparing, assembling, and serving high-quality meals according to the company's established standards. Responsibilities:

• Prepare, cook, and assemble food items safely and efficiently according to Chick-fil-A standards.
• Gain expertise in various kitchen duties, including ingredient preparation, cooking, plating, and fryer station management.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe kitchen environment at all times.
• Monitor ingredient and supply levels to ensure adequate inventory for smooth operations.
• Adhere to Chick-fil-A's strict food safety and sanitation guidelines.
• Support the rollout of new menu items and assist in training team members on updated recipes and procedures.
• Report any equipment issues or maintenance needs promptly to leadership.
• Assist in daily cash handling, register reconciliation, and securing payment records when required.
• Maintain professionalism in appearance, conduct, and communication at all times.
• Perform additional tasks as assigned to support kitchen operations and guest satisfaction.

Salary:

• Competitive hourly pay ranging from $17.00 to $18.00 per hour, depending on experience and availability.
