Role and Responsibilities of Maintenance Janitor:

• Help management in achieving and sustaining excellent levels of cleanliness and the proper maintenance of restaurant equipment.
• Daily filtration of oil in fryers is necessary to uphold hygiene standards.
• Maintain outside grounds.
• Keep equipment in pristine condition, clean windows inside and out, organize stock rooms, and sanitize restroom facilities.
• Unload items from the delivery truck twice per week.
