Qualifications:

• Prior experience as a cook, line cook, prep cook, or similar Back of House (BOH) role is a plus.
• Possession of a valid Food Handlers certification or the ability to acquire one promptly.

Responsibilities:

• Execute all food preparation tasks to meet or surpass our established service and culinary standards, ensuring all menu items are prepared accurately, efficiently, and on time for every order.
• Prepare a diverse range of food items following official Dave & Buster's recipes, specifications, and adhering to any necessary special dietary or nutritional guidelines.
• Proactively monitor and manage kitchen inventory, accurately determining the necessary food and supplies to maintain seamless operations throughout service periods.
• Strictly observe and enforce all proper health, sanitation, and safety procedures within the kitchen area.
• Consistently uphold and exceed high standards for personal hygiene, kitchen cleanliness, and professional appearance.
