Role and Responsibilities

In this leadership role, you will oversee all aspects of daily restaurant operations while mentoring team members and maintaining Wingstop's standards of excellence in service, quality, and safety.

• Oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring superior standards in food quality, customer service, sanitation, and staff performance.
• Lead recruitment, onboarding, and ongoing development of team members to foster a culture of respect, accountability, and motivation.
• Serve as a role model by delivering exceptional guest experiences and promoting a positive, inclusive work culture.
• Manage inventory, ordering, and scheduling strategically to optimize labor and food costs.
• Track financial performance, set targets, and implement strategies to achieve profitability and operational efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with all food safety, health, and sanitation regulations as well as company standards.
• Host regular team meetings to align goals, reinforce company values, and strengthen team communication.
• Collaborate with regional leadership to execute marketing initiatives and community outreach efforts.
• Address guest feedback promptly and professionally to enhance customer loyalty and satisfaction.
• Promote a growth-focused culture that encourages continuous learning and operational improvement.

Required Skills and Experience

• Proven experience managing restaurant operations, preferably within Wingstop or a similar fast-casual brand.
• Valid Food Manager Certification.
• Current TABC Certification (or equivalent local alcohol service permit).
• Reliable transportation with the ability to travel between store locations as needed.
• Flexibility to work varied shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Compliance with dress code requirements including non-slip black footwear.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish is preferred but not required.
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and interpersonal communication skills.
