Role and Responsibilities:

As an Assistant Kitchen Supervisor, you will support daily kitchen and restaurant operations, ensuring service excellence and operational efficiency. You will play a key role in achieving performance targets and upholding company standards.

Required Skills and Experience:

• Being 18 years old or older is necessary
• To qualify, individuals should have a high school diploma or applicable experience in managing restaurants
• Strong communication skills in the English language are a must; a grasp of Spanish can also be advantageous
• Background in overseeing fast-food outlets
• Familiarity with food and beverage analytics, product requirements, and management strategies is significant
• Adept at the technical aspects of food preparation, production, and delivery, while also ensuring strict adherence to food safety protocols
• Showing strong leadership skills consists of keeping a cool demeanor and approaching challenging situations with professionalism
• Capability to manage confidential data with prudence and involve the necessary parties appropriately
• Eagerness to gain expertise in all aspects of running a restaurant and managing various work stations
• Having a favorable mindset and authentic willingness to assist and aid others
• Intrinsic motivation, decisive, and open to learning opportunities
• Acknowledging faults and showing a dedication to promptly rectify issues
• Reliable and punctual in showing up promptly
• Consistent travel options for work purposes and corporate events
• Prepared to work on a schedule that includes weekends, evenings, and holidays
• Being capable of lifting items weighing up to 50 pounds, enduring long periods of standing, squatting, bending, reaching overhead and below, and working in fluctuating temperatures with exposure to common hazards is essential
