Cake Decorator

Job Summary of Cake Decorator:

This role is responsible for creating visually appealing cakes and desserts while maintaining quality, consistency, and cleanliness in the bakery area. This role contributes to a positive guest experience and supports restaurant operations with flexibility and attention to detail.

Job Duties and Responsibilities of Cake Decorator:

Receive and process cake orders from online, phone, and in-person channels.
Decorate cakes following Baskin Robbins design standards and quality guidelines.
Manage cake and icing inventory to ensure products are fresh and available.
Prepare and maintain the cake decorating station, including mixing icings, stocking supplies, and following sanitation procedures.
Maintain positive interactions with guests, team members, and leadership.
Assist in other areas of the restaurant as needed to support overall operations.
Ensure product displays meet quality and merchandising standards.

Qualifications and Experience of Cake Decorator:

Preferred: 1 year of experience as a cake decorator or in a bakery / culinary setting.
Detail oriented, organized, and able to follow instructions precisely.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
Flexible schedule and willingness to work part-time or full-time hours.
