About the Role:

As a Starbucks Shift Supervisor, you’ll be a role model for the operational standards that define the Starbucks Experience. You will lead each shift alongside a team of baristas to deliver exceptional customer service and expertly crafted beverages.

Basic Qualifications:

• 6+ months of experience delegating tasks or coordinating a team
• 6+ months of experience interacting directly with customers in a service setting
• 1 year of customer service experience (retail or restaurant preferred)
• Ability to maintain regular, consistent attendance and punctuality (with or without accommodations)
• Available to work flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, holidays, and/or nights
• Capable of preparing or coaching others to prepare food and beverages to recipe standards, including customized orders
• Ability to meet all operational policies and standards (including safety, cash handling, and beverage quality)
