Associate Foods Service Manager

Company Overview:

Burger King is seeking an Assistant Manager to join the restaurant leadership team and support operations while overseeing a team of Team Members during assigned shifts. Role and Responsibilities:

As an Associate Food Service Manager, you will lead and motivate your team to ensure efficient and profitable restaurant operations. Your responsibilities include:

• Follow all cash handling procedures, including secure cash counting and monitoring cash register operations.
• Ensure proper inventory management through routine daily and weekly inspections and overseeing incoming inventory shipments.
• Motivate and guide team members to exceed customer expectations by delivering fast, accurate, and welcoming service in sanitized settings.
• Enhance team member capabilities and optimize restaurant performance through coaching and constructive feedback.
• Actively engage in implementing the transformation plan to improve operational effectiveness.
• Oversee accurate handling and distribution of items in accordance with designated speed of service guidelines.
• Keep team members engaged and energized at their designated workstations.
• Evaluate restaurant performance to identify successful strategies and areas for improvement.
• Maintain operational and brand integrity across all restaurant activities.
• Assist the team by performing tasks typically handled by Team Members when needed.

Required Skills and Experience:

• Minimum age of eighteen (18) years.
• High school diploma or GED.
• 1-2 years of experience in a fast-casual dining environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Completion of two years of college is suggested.
