Job Summary of Prep Cook:

This role is responsible for preparing food items according to operational standards while maintaining a clean, safe, and organized workspace. The position supports team members and ensures consistent quality in all food preparation processes.

Maintain cleanliness and organization in all kitchen and work areas.

Qualifications and Experience of Prep Cook:

Ability to work a flexible schedule to meet operational needs.
Physical ability to lift and transport items up to 50 pounds and perform tasks requiring standing, walking, bending, and stooping for extended periods.
Proficiency in English, including understanding, speaking, reading, and writing.
Willingness and ability to learn the proper use and maintenance of kitchen equipment and machinery.
