As the Director of Operations for Hardee's, you will be the key driver of our company's success, overseeing all aspects of operational excellence across multiple restaurant locations. This is a senior leadership position that demands strategic vision and hands-on operational management. You will be responsible for setting and executing high-level business strategies, optimizing performance across the board, and mentoring a team of General Managers. Your role is to ensure that every Hardee's location under your direction operates efficiently, profitably, and in full compliance with company standards, while fostering a culture of accountability and outstanding customer service.

Responsibilities:

• Provide strategic leadership and oversight for all daily operations across multiple Hardee's locations, ensuring consistency and adherence to brand standards.
• Mentor, coach, and support General Managers to enhance their leadership skills and operational effectiveness.
• Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to improve efficiency, productivity, and profitability.
• Analyze financial data, including P&L statements and sales reports, to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
• Lead the recruitment, training, and development initiatives for the management team, ensuring a strong talent pipeline.
