As a Dishwasher at Bob Evans Restaurants, you are a crucial part of our kitchen team. This position is responsible for ensuring a constant supply of clean and sanitized dishes, flatware, and utensils for our dining room and kitchen staff. You will work within a fast-paced environment, helping to maintain overall kitchen sanitation and cleanliness standards to support our commitment to exceptional guest service.

Responsibilities:

• Manage the dishwashing station, ensuring it remains clean and orderly throughout your shift.
• Operate commercial dishwashing equipment to thoroughly clean and sanitize dishes, glassware, and kitchen tools.
• Adhere to strict food safety and sanitation protocols for washing, drying, and proper storage of all items.
• Regularly remove trash and recycling from designated kitchen areas.
• Help maintain a clean exterior environment, which includes the front porch, foyer, and surrounding sidewalks.
• Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure a clean dining environment and promote a positive guest experience.
• Be ready to assist with other tasks as assigned by management to support restaurant operations.
