Role and Responsibilities:

As a Restaurant Team Member, you will deliver excellent guest service while supporting daily restaurant operations to ensure a clean, safe, and efficient environment.

• Greet guests with a smile, take orders, process payments, and address customer concerns professionally
• Operate cash registers or point of sale devices, using suggestive-selling techniques to increase sales
• Verify accuracy of guest orders and prepare and package food and drink products
• Clean kitchen areas, counters, food prep spaces, utensils, dining rooms, restrooms, and exterior grounds
• Maintain health and safety standards in work areas
• Unload and stock inventory as needed
• Perform duties at multiple workstations, including front counter, Drive-Thru, prep boards, and expediter
• Attend assigned shifts promptly and regularly
• Follow Burger King uniform and grooming standards and policies
• Resolve restaurant issues quickly and professionally
• Develop team skills and collaborate to meet team goals
• Communicate positively with guests, peers, and managers
• Work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Maintain dependability and reliability
• Use good written, math, and interpersonal skills
• Ensure reliable transportation to work
