Job Duties and Responsibilities of Customer Service Associate:

• Ensure that beverages, baked goods, and other menu offerings are prepared and served in line with the standards specified by the brand.
• Set the standard for exceptional customer service by promptly greeting guests and addressing their needs promptly and efficiently.
• Follow protocols to guarantee cleanliness, organization, and safety in every part of the restaurant.
• Collaborate with your team to enhance operational effectiveness during busy times.
• Consistently uphold the company's policies, brand guidelines, and safety/sanitation requirements.
• Be an active participant in training sessions and use feedback constructively to boost your performance.

Salary:

• Hourly salary between $15.50 and $18.00, augmented by gratuities received.
