As a General Team Member at Papa John's, you'll be a vital part of our crew, dedicated to crafting delicious pizzas and providing exceptional service to our valued customers. You'll work alongside your teammates to ensure every order is perfect and delivered efficiently. This role involves active participation in all aspects of daily restaurant operations, including upholding company standards, procedures, and systems. Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to lift at least 50 lbs.
• Capable of performing various duties within the restaurant, including food preparation, order taking, and general cleaning.
• Dependable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
• Ability to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Prior experience in a customer service or food service role is a plus, but not required.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare high-quality Papa John's products according to company standards and recipes.
• Provide excellent customer service, taking orders accurately and ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system efficiently and handle cash transactions accurately.
• Assist with inventory management, including stocking shelves and rotating products to minimize waste.
• Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the restaurant, including dining areas, kitchen, and restrooms.
• Adhere to all food safety and sanitation guidelines.
• Work collaboratively with team members to ensure smooth and efficient operations during shifts.
• Assist with opening and closing duties as assigned.
• Demonstrate a positive attitude and a commitment to teamwork.
• Handle incoming phone calls and online orders professionally.
