Role and Responsibilities:

As a Custodial Worker, you will maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the kitchen while supporting both culinary and service teams to ensure efficient operations.

• Operate dishwashing equipment to efficiently clean and sanitize dishes, glassware, utensils, and cookware.
• Keep the dishwashing area tidy and in compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Ensure the kitchen remains stocked with clean plates, bowls, and cooking equipment to support smooth operations.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace by properly managing trash, recyclables, and kitchen waste.
• Coordinate with kitchen and service teams to enhance workflow efficiency and provide timely service to guests.
• Assist with additional cleaning tasks, including disinfecting countertops and sweeping and mopping floors as needed.

Required Skills and Experience:

• Previous experience in a fast-paced kitchen or cleaning role is beneficial.
• Ability to follow sanitation and hygiene guidelines consistently.
• Strong attention to detail and reliability in completing assigned tasks.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team and support others as needed.
