Role and Responsibilities:

As a Customer Service Specialist, you'll be the friendly face that welcomes and supports customers, or the reliable hand behind the scenes ensuring smooth kitchen operations. In this role, you'll learn new skills, be recognized for your efforts, and grow within a fun, fast-paced, and supportive environment.

• Warmly greet and assist customers with a positive and professional attitude
• Prepare and cook food items in line with Pizza Hut's quality standards
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of your workspace
• Collaborate with team members to deliver excellent customer satisfaction
• Communicate clearly and courteously with customers and teammates
• Follow safety guidelines and food handling procedures at all times

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Must be at least 15 years old to apply
• Friendly, approachable, and passionate about customer service
• Strong communication skills and confidence in interacting with customers
• Dependable, punctual, and a strong team player
• Eagerness to learn and take pride in your work

Preferred Qualifications:

• No prior experience necessary training is provided

Compensation and Benefits:

• 50% discount on regular menu items while on duty (up to $14/day)
• 25% discount on menu items outside of working hours
