As a leader in our restaurant, you will work in a fast-paced business, with the opportunity to be a part of our high-powered team.We are seeking a developed leader to support the business by communicating, tracking, training and coaching all team members on achieving service and revenue goals as a team. The leader oversees team members in the development of the business and in the continual pursuit of Operational Excellence while creating a positive work culture. The leader serves on the leadership team, and is in constant contact with the other senior directors and the Owner/Operator as to what is happening in their scope of responsibility and is responsible for the overall flow of the front and/or back of house.
