Role and Responsibilities:

As a Cleaning Technician, you will maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the kitchen while supporting both culinary and service teams to ensure efficient operations.

• Perform dishwashing duties using specialized tools to clean and sanitize dishes, glassware, cutlery, and pots.
• Maintain a clean and organized dishwashing area in compliance with health and safety standards.
• Assist in restocking the kitchen with sanitized plates, bowls, and utensils to support smooth operations.
• Keep your workspace orderly by properly disposing of trash, recyclables, and kitchen waste.
• Coordinate with kitchen and service teams to facilitate efficient workflow and timely service for guests.
• Support additional cleaning tasks, including wiping surfaces and performing sweeping and mopping duties as required.

Required Skills and Experience:

• Previous experience in a fast-paced kitchen or cleaning role is beneficial.
• Ability to follow sanitation and hygiene guidelines consistently.
• Strong attention to detail and reliability in completing assigned tasks.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team and support others as needed.

Preferred Qualifications:
