Role and Responsibilities:
As a Restaurant Assistant Manager at Wingstop, you will collaborate with the Restaurant Manager to drive operational excellence, ensure customer satisfaction, and maintain brand standards. You'll lead by example to motivate team members, optimize daily operations, and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures. This role is ideal for a proactive leader passionate about creating exceptional guest experiences while supporting team development.
Prioritize guest satisfaction and ensure high-quality customer interactions while fostering a positive and inclusive work environment.
Assist the Restaurant Manager with daily operations, including food preparation, team coordination, inventory management, and scheduling.
Recruit, train, and mentor team members to uphold performance and service standards.
Maintain compliance with Wingstop's operational, food safety, and sanitation procedures.
Support administrative functions such as sales tracking, expense monitoring, and payroll oversight.
Oversee cash handling, deposits, and other financial processes with accuracy and accountability.
Assist with marketing and community engagement initiatives to promote the Wingstop brand.
Ensure operational efficiency and adherence to all company policies during opening and closing shifts.
Lead by example with hands-on involvement in daily operations to support the team and business goals.
Required Skills and Experience:
High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education or certifications are a plus.
13 years of experience in a restaurant, food service, or retail environment, preferably in a supervisory or management role.
Proven ability to deliver excellent guest service and motivate team members to meet and exceed expectations.
Strong communication, delegation, and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook; openness to learning new technologies.
Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities to manage competing priorities effectively.
