Role and Responsibilities:

As a Burger King Manager Assistant, you will lead and motivate your team while ensuring the restaurant operates effectively and profitably. Your key responsibilities include:

• Adhere to approved cash management procedures, including securely counting currency and supervising the cash register.
• Conduct regular inspections to manage inventory levels and receive incoming deliveries.
• Inspire and supervise team members to meet guest needs by providing timely, accurate, and friendly service in a clean environment.
• Enhance staff skills and restaurant performance through coaching sessions and constructive feedback.
• Support operational objectives by actively participating in shift plan execution.
• Monitor prompt and accurate processing and distribution of goods to meet service speed standards.
• Provide assistance and encouragement to team members at all stations to boost morale and engagement.
• Evaluate restaurant performance to recognize achievements and identify areas for improvement.

Required Skills and Experience:
