Role and Responsibilities

Being the Assistant Service Manager entails overseeing the daily functions of the restaurant during your shift, supporting the team in providing exceptional service, and concentrating on meeting operational and financial targets. The essential skills and background proficiency needed for the role:

  • Individuals must be at least 18 years of age to be eligible.
  • Meeting the requirements for this role involves either holding a high school diploma or demonstrating experience in overseeing operations within the restaurant industry.
  • It is essential to have strong communication skills in the English language and having a grasp of Spanish can be advantageous.
  • Experience in managing a fast-food franchise.
  • It is important to have knowledge of food and beverage analytics, product needs, and management techniques.
  • Comprehensive understanding and proficiency in food preparation techniques, production processes, and delivery practices, prioritizing the adherence to food safety guidelines.
