• Must possess dependable personal transportation necessary for routine business needs, including daily banking and attending required regional or corporate meetings.
• Demonstrated proficiency in cost control, budget oversight, and analyzing key financial indicators to maximize restaurant profitability.
• A minimum of 3 years of progressive experience in managing a restaurant, ideally within a quick-service or high-turnover dining environment.

Responsibilities:

• Manage all aspects of the restaurant's financial health, including generating accurate budgets, sales forecasting, and active management of the profit and loss (P&L) statement.
