Job Summary of Restaurant Cook:

We are looking for an experienced and reliable Restaurant Cook to join our kitchen staff, responsible for cooking grilled items to order, maintaining cleanliness and orderliness of the grill area, and ensuring that all meals are prepared according to safety and quality guidelines. Immediate hiring is underway for full-time and part-time Restaurant Cook for all shifts at Waffle House, where our primary focus is on the People Business rather than just food service.

The Role of Restaurant Cook:

In your role as a Restaurant Cook, you are tasked with bringing the distinctive Waffle House experience to customers.

• You will be responsible for a variety of tasks, including food preparation on demand and ensuring the restaurant's cleanliness and ambiance
• Operating within a team setting is fundamental to our work culture
• Your role mandates both leadership capabilities and a commitment to working in a team environment.
• Our busiest time is the weekends, - So, we'll ask you to be available to work some weekends and some holidays

Requirements of Restaurant Cook:

• Entry-level position, experience not a prerequisite.
• Having a constructive and pleasant outlook is a must.
• Those who are 16 years old and above are invited to join, with no exceptions for younger adolescents.
