Role and Responsibilities:

As the Restaurant Manager, you'll oversee all facets of the restaurant's daily operations from maintaining quality standards to achieving business goals. You'll lead your team by example, cultivating a workplace culture that prioritizes accountability, guest satisfaction, and professional growth.

• Oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure quality food, outstanding guest satisfaction, and team efficiency.
• Recruit, train, and develop team members while fostering a professional, inclusive, and performance-driven environment.
• Lead by example in delivering exceptional hospitality and motivating staff to uphold Wingstop's service standards.
• Maximize operational efficiency and profitability through effective inventory management, labor optimization, and purchasing strategies.
• Monitor key performance metrics, implement operational strategies, and drive financial success through data-informed decision-making.
• Maintain strict adherence to food safety, health, and sanitation standards along with compliance to company policies.
• Conduct regular team meetings to align staff on goals, priorities, and Wingstop's brand values.
• Collaborate with district and regional managers to strengthen local marketing initiatives and foster community engagement.
• Deliver consistent guest satisfaction by resolving inquiries and concerns with professionalism and urgency.
• Promote a culture of growth, accountability, and development to ensure long-term team and organizational success.

Required Skills and Experience:

• Proven experience in restaurant or food service management, with strong operational and leadership skills; prior Wingstop experience preferred.
• Valid Food Manager Certification required to meet food safety compliance standards.
• Possession of a valid TABC Certification is mandatory.
• Reliable transportation to access assigned restaurant locations.
• Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays as required by business needs.
• Non-slip black shoes required as part of the uniform policy.
• Proficiency in English required; bilingual in English and Spanish is an advantage.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to foster teamwork, resolve conflicts, and build positive relationships with staff and guests.
• Demonstrated integrity, dependability, and professionalism in all aspects of work.
