Tasks and Responsibilities:

• Display a pleasant and accommodating attitude towards patrons as they arrive and place their orders.

• Use a Point of Sale system or cash register to record sales, compute final costs, and handle payments accurately.
• Execute the Cash-In Procedure to maintain accurate records of funds and transactions within designated time frames.
• Ensure that plates are neatly organized, crafted according to prescribed methods, and served promptly.
• Monitor and replenish ingredients in the sandwich unit to maintain adequate supply during shifts.
• Follow all food safety, hygiene, and sanitation protocols during food preparation, service, and clean-up.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the restaurant to promote a hygienic environment.
• Adhere to quality protocols, recipes, and methods outlined in the SUBWAY Operations Manual.
• Meet grooming and appearance standards as specified in the SUBWAY Operations Manual.
• Perform minor administrative duties as assigned.
