Job Summary of Grill & Chill Crew:

This role supports all areas of restaurant operations, including cooking, assembling, and presenting orders while maintaining cleanliness and safety standards. This role requires teamwork, efficiency, and attention to detail to deliver consistent quality and excellent customer service in a fast - paced environment.

Job Duties and Responsibilities of Grill & Chill Crew:

• Prepare and assemble menu items accurately, following restaurant, health, and safety guidelines.
• Operate and maintain kitchen and chill equipment safely, including grills, fryers, freezers, and related tools.
• Maintain clean, organized, and stocked work areas; perform daily prep, restocking, and end - of - day cleanup.
• Communicate clearly and courteously with co - workers to ensure accurate and timely order fulfillment.
• Follow proper food handling procedures and company safety standards at all times.
• Assist with guest service by being attentive, pleasant, and responsive to customer needs.
• Support team members in achieving restaurant goals and maintaining a cooperative work environment.
• Report equipment issues, safety concerns, or unusual occurrences promptly to management.
• Perform other duties as assigned by managers or shift leaders.

Qualifications and Experience of Grill & Chill Crew:

• Reliable, dependable, and team - oriented with a positive attitude.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 pounds multiple times per shift.
• Capable of working under pressure in a high - volume, fast - paced environment.
• Willingness to work in varying temperature conditions.
• Ability to follow instructions, maintain quality standards, and practice proper hygiene.
• Prior experience in food service or fast food environments preferred but not required.
