This role is for a proactive and resourceful individual to help oversee the day-to-day operations of a Papa John's store. The ideal candidate will assist in the comprehensive management of the outlet, from financial performance to staff development. The Assistant General Manager will work closely with the General Manager to ensure the team provides exceptional customer service, maintains operational efficiency, and meets sales objectives. Responsibilities

• Assists with all facets of daily store supervision and operation.
• Participates in the management of all store resources, including inventory, staff, and equipment.
• Helps manage stock levels, staff schedules, and sales performance to ensure profitability.
• Maintains continuous interaction with team members and customers to build rapport and address needs.
• Ensures the team consistently delivers high-quality customer service and monitors store financial metrics.
• Greets and assists customers, offering informed recommendations to enhance their experience and build brand loyalty.
• Supports and assists staff with their duties, creating a positive and productive work environment.
• Assists with recruitment, training, and performance appraisals for new and existing staff.
• Helps manage store budgets, maintaining accurate financial and statistical records.
