Game Floor Support Specialist or Arcade & Attraction Technician at Dave & Buster's. This critical role is centered on both the technical upkeep of our exciting amusement area and delivering outstanding Guest service. The Specialist is responsible for ensuring all gaming equipment, simulators, and technical systems are fully functional to provide an optimal entertainment experience. This position requires a proactive approach to equipment maintenance and immediate problem resolution, coupled with a highly positive, Guest-focused attitude.
Qualifications:
Must possess an outgoing and welcoming personality, maintaining a cheerful demeanor while performing duties on various shifts, including days, evenings, and/or weekends.
Demonstrated capability to interact clearly and effectively with both Guests and fellow Team Members.
Minimum age requirement of 18 years.

Responsibilities:
Midway Technicians or Gaming Support Staff are tasked with the upkeep, repair, and troubleshooting of all amusement equipment, including interactive games and complex technical systems throughout the facility.
Actively engages with Guests to offer assistance and maintains the gaming area in pristine and fully operational condition at all times.
Creates an unmatched Guest experience by offering the perfect blend of food, beverages, and entertainment in an environment designed for ultimate enjoyment.
Informs the immediate supervisor of any significant issues or unusual situations in a timely and comprehensive manner, suggesting or executing immediate corrective actions as needed.
Ensures efficient, accurate service delivery, managing wait times, and sharing necessary information with Guests, peers, and management.
Welcomes Guests with sincere enthusiasm and a positive attitude while capably handling multiple operational tasks.
Greets and smiles at Guests as they enter the Midway area.
Promptly assists Guests by performing necessary repairs and regular maintenance on all amusement devices.
Reloads and restocks tickets in redemption-style games, meticulously securing all ticket storage locations.
Aids Guests with all inquiries, provides clear answers to questions, and offers recommendations as requested.
Provides a warm farewell to departing Guests.
Confirms satisfaction and extends a genuine invitation for Guests to return soon.
Alerts management immediately if a Guest expresses or appears to be dissatisfied.
Manages the inventory, presentation, and security of redemption merchandise in all storage zones.
Performs accurate merchandise counts, either during the shift or at closing, as required.
Confirms that necessary supplies are fully stocked and available for use.
Brings all areas of operation up to the highest standards of presentation.
Communicates any recurring issues or challenging areas directly to the Manager.
Oversees the organization and cleanliness of the Midway games and surrounding area.
Guarantees all gaming units are spotless and free of any obstructions.
Arranges and sets up merchandise displays effectively and safely to boost Guest interaction and increase sales volume.
Assists with the daily organization and maintenance of the technician workspace and storage rooms.
Carries out scheduled and preventive game maintenance efficiently and securely on a daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis, as directed by management.
Assists with general maintenance tasks for the entire facility as assigned by the management team.
Supports other Team Members across departments when assistance is required.
Cultivates and maintains a positive working relationship with all company personnel to ensure a productive, harmonious, and highly effective environment that promotes exceptional morale and performance.
