Role and Responsibilities:

As a Line Cook at Red Robin, you will be an essential part of the kitchen team, delivering top-quality food while ensuring strict adherence to food safety standards. Your responsibilities will include:

• Preparing dishes including meats, fish, poultry, vegetables, soups, and salads using various cooking methods such as sautéing, broiling, and frying.
• Following Red Robin's detailed cooking instructions and methods to ensure high-quality results.
• Maintaining a clean and sanitary kitchen environment, ensuring all food handling and preparation areas meet cleanliness standards.
• Operating kitchen appliances and ensuring food preparation areas are always clean and in proper working order.
• Assisting the kitchen team to maintain a smooth, efficient flow of service during peak hours.

Compensation and Benefits:

• Base pay ranging from $21.10 to $24.01 per hour, based on a 40-hour weekly schedule.
• Salary bracket ranging from $21.10 to $27.96 per hour.
