Qualifications

• Previous experience in a fast-paced food service or kitchen setting is a plus.
• Capability to collaborate effectively within a team-centric atmosphere.
• Keen eye for detail and unwavering dedication to upholding pristine cleanliness and sanitation standards.
• Ability to manage the physical demands of the role, including prolonged standing, lifting, and carrying.
• Must be available and willing to work a flexible schedule, encompassing evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Minimum age requirement: 18 years.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the cleanliness and organization of all kitchen areas, including floors, walls, equipment, and workstations.
• Operate dishwashing equipment efficiently and safely, ensuring all dishes, glassware, and utensils are thoroughly cleaned and sanitized.
• Assist with the proper storage and rotation of food items and supplies to minimize waste.
• Support the culinary team by performing various prep tasks as needed, such as washing, peeling, and cutting vegetables.
• Properly dispose of trash and recyclables according to established procedures.
• Adhere strictly to all operational, safety, and sanitation standards, company policies, and federal/state/local regulations.
• Proactively identify and address any cleanliness or maintenance issues in the dining area or restrooms.
• Collaborate with all team members to ensure smooth and efficient restaurant operations.
• Assist with receiving and organizing deliveries, ensuring all items are stored correctly.
