Job Summary of Kitchen Team Member:

Your duty will be to cook and assemble meals following the recipes and guidelines set by Chipotle. This position requires accuracy and efficiency in food preparation and assembly, all the while upholding kitchen hygiene and safety measures.

Job Duties and Responsibilities of Kitchen Team Member:

• Gather all the necessary items for cooking, such as cleaning, cutting, seasoning, and grilling the components.
• Prepare and construct meals within designated time constraints, guaranteeing that every request is carried out uniformly and in compliance with regulations.
• Safely and effectively use different kitchen appliances.
• Ensure that all food preparation and cooking spaces are kept clean and hygienic.
• - Keep track of stock quantities and inform the kitchen manager of any necessary replenishments.
• Collaborate with the team to elevate the quality of food and service standards.

Qualifications and Experience of Kitchen Team Member:

• Demonstrated history working as a chef in a high-energy setting; familiarity with fast casual or dining establishment background is advantageous.
• Understanding kitchen safety protocols is essential for maintaining a safe environment in food preparation areas.
• Proficiency in using cutting instruments and culinary implements with skill and precision.
• A collaborative individual with strong communication abilities.
• Patient individuals demonstrate resilience in challenging situations by maintaining a positive outlook.
• Possessing a high school diploma or its equivalent is required, with an added benefit if one holds a culinary school certificate.
